Emirates Real Estate, a leading real estate development company participated in the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition “Acrex”, which is organized by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Real Estate Registration Department. The event began this morning and will continue until the 25th of January at the Sharjah Expo Centre.
The company’s pavilion at the exhibition, via stand number 32, included the company’s most prominent projects in the field of real estate development, and the company will showcase its most prominent real estate projects, the “Azha Community” residential project. The value of the company’s projects for 2025 amounts to 1.2 billion dirhams, and they are diverse real estate projects.
Attracting investors
Mohammed Hijazi, CEO of Emirates Properties, emphasized the importance of participating in the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition (ACRES) to highlight investment opportunities in the real estate sector and inform investors about the company’s ongoing projects. He noted that in 2025, the company will implement new real estate projects valued at AED 1.2 billion, reflecting its commitment to expansion and the execution of projects that keep pace with the real estate boom in the UAE.
Emirates Properties’ participation in the exhibition also aims to showcase its distinctive new projects, which are designed to meet the needs and demands of the real estate market and offer genuine opportunities through flexible sales plans.
He stated that Emirates Real Estate Company participated in the previous edition of the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition (Ecrest), and the participation was a success. The company showcased the real estate opportunities it offers to investors.
Emirates Real Estate is keen to participate in real estate exhibitions and forums to promote its high-quality real estate projects and provide a platform that meets the needs of all investors. He pointed out that the “Azha Community” project is one of Emirates Real Estate Company’s most prominent projects being showcased at the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition. It was designed with ample green spaces and amenities, including swimming pools, a gym, covered parking, a mosque, shopping centers, valet parking, barbecue areas, football fields, 24-hour security, and dedicated children’s play areas.
